Our financial planning process
The financial planning we deliver explores all aspects of your life, not just your money and finances.
A journey that starts with you.
Our 6-step financial planning process is designed to get to know you, your family and your aspirations before anything else.
1. Discovery
Our first meeting with you is a safe space for you to tell us more about your situation, go through the reasons you have decided to seek help and for us to explain a bit more about what we do. By the end of this meeting, you will have a clear idea of what working with our financial planners looks like.
This meeting is no obligation.
2. Research & Analysis
Once we know more about you and your finances, we go away and do some research and analysis on your existing arrangements. Our team will prepare an in-depth file on your situation which gives us all the information we need to help you make an informed decision.
3. Financial Plan
With all the information we require about your existing arrangements in place, we invite you back for another meeting with your financial planner to explore the options that are currently available to you, and how you may be able to implement some changes to improve your situation.
4. Recommendations
Following the build of your financial plan, our team go away and make some formal recommendations based on your goals and objectives. Once we have completed our recommendation report, we invite you in for another meeting to go through the things we are suggesting to you.
5. Implementation
Upon agreement from you on the recommendations we have made, we implement those recommendations and carry out all the necessary work to put the financial plan in place. This may mean opening new accounts, transferring old ones and completing some paperwork.
6. Ongoing Planning
A true financial plan is a dynamic, ongoing piece of work that requires updating at regular intervals. That's why we keep in touch with you at least once every 12 months to ensure ongoing suitability and make sure your plan is still working for you.
